New Fortune chinese takeaway on Highgate in Kendal has opened again, after being closed since March due to the coronavirus pandemic. They have a shield up on the counter and also a warning about social distancing at the door. I think they allow two people inside at a time, but there’s a wide pavement there so you’ll be fine if you need to wait outside until your meals are ready.
I believe this now means that all of Kendal’s Chinese takeaways are now open again. Some may be operating different opening hours to usual, and the listings have not been updated to reflect that as some takeaways seem to be changing week to week so it would be hard to keep track of that information in a reliable way.
